Hey Chris, sorry this took so long. I just wanted to thank you, Mike (and everyone else involved) for the FANTASTIC job you guys did on my truck! I dropped it off on 10/31 with front end damage, needed it back by 11/25, you said that I would have it back, and I did! Repaired, fully painted, frame sand-blasted and painted, replaced everything from the grill back to the fan (SURPRISE) and a lot of other hidden problems that popped up. Lucky for me that your shop can handle trucks from “Soup to Nuts”!! You shopped around for parts to save me money and actually cared about getting me back to work. I picked it up and the interior was cleaner then when I dropped it off! It’s an old truck and I’m not buying another one. I WILL BE BACK! I’m lucky to have had the experience (except the part where the guy hit me). THANKS AGAIN!!

How do I choose a qualified repair facility?

Always confirm the shop has the right training and technology before committing to anything. Certifications should be displayed in the customer waiting area or office.

The insurance company wants me to take the vehicle to a “DRP” facility. Do I need to do this?

No, under state law, you have the right to choose who and where your vehicle will be repaired.

I needed a part for my tractor that I could not find anywhere. Hainesport found it in no time at all. All I did was describe what I needed over the phone and they took care of it. I didn’t realize how big their operation spanned until I went to the shop to pick up my part. Not only did they take care of the tractor part, they also have a body shop, diesel shop, mechanical shop, and towing to suit anything that has wheels. I highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Hainesport Auto & Truck is definitely the most dependable and reliable vehicle repair facility in the area. They handle all of my vehicle work, to minor body damage, preventative maintenance, to NJ state inspection. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car.

The people at Hainesport Enterprises are wonderful. Not only did they repair my car, they performed a much needed oil change and safety inspection, and returned it to me in better shape than it was in!! Truly top notch service.

My vehicle was towed in from the accident site. Being an out-of-towner I wasn’t sure what my options would be. Mike in the body shop walked me through the entire claims process. Although my vehicle was ultimately totaled, the folks at H.E.I. really helped me through it. The one bright spot in the the whole ordeal.

I had an accident on the NJTP and H.E.I. came out right away to pick me up. The tow truck driver was extremely nice and courteous. They brought me back to the body shop and I had my car repaired there. They truly are a one-stop repair shop.
